Welded Pipes
The extensive range of Welded Pipes, offered by us has higher contents of
molybdenum and nitrogen, which improves and makes it corrosion resistance
and durable. These pipes are fabricated using nitrogen alloyed chloride
resistant grades and welded with the addition of nitrogen in the shielding
gas. Besides, some of the pipes are also welded with filler metal, which is
heat treated as per the details provided by our clients. Thus, these pipes
are appreciated for being highly corrosion resistance than other
conventional steel pipes.

ERW Pipes and
Tubes
With
our domain expertise, we are engaged in offering an extensive range of ERW
Pipes and Tubes. These are manufactured in tandem with the set industry
standards to ensure optimum quality in the end product. We offer our range
in different sizes, shapes, and other technical specifications as per the
details given by our clients. Further, our range is widely used in water
pipelines, agriculture & irrigation and gas pipe lines as these have
high tensile strength, resistant to corrosion and durable.
ERW PIPES
The wide range of ERW Pipes, offered by us is available in different sizes,
shapes, and other technical specifications. We offer these pipes and tubes
in 4 inch size (10.2 mm) with OD and below, wherein the strip is fed into a
set of forming rolls. Further, the roll includes horizontal and vertical
rollers that is placed as to gradually form the flat strip into a tube,
which allows in passing the electrodes efficiently.
After which, the copper disks type electrodes are connected to the
secondary of a revolving transformer assembly. Thus, this helps to make
contact on each side of the seam, wherein the temperature is raised to the
welding point. Moreover, the outside flash is also removed as the tube
leaves the electrodes. Then the inside flash is wiped out by an air hammer
or by passing a mandrel through the welded tube, when the tube has been
cooled. Thus, this formation is known as Electric Resistance Welded or ERW
Tube/Pipe.
